April Williams

April Williams has a background in concert promotion, presenting concerts nationally. She specializes in bringing the performing arts to the community and the community to the arts. Her vast knowledge of LA’s music history and culture and her creativity in producing a wide range of concerts is second to none.  She works closely with her husband, Don Williams, classically trained timpanist and percussionist (Curtis Institute of Music) and brother to composer, John Williams. The Williams family has been a vibrant force in the classical and film music culture since 1920. April is the creator of the Red Carpet Jazz Series, which produced over 2,000 concerts in Southern California.
